The Problem: Why was it so hard to get a good scooter?
If you live in Cyprus, you’ve probably seen it before: you find a great electric scooter online at a great price, you go to the checkout, and then “We do not ship to your location.” Most big sellers avoid Cyprus because we are an island, and getting scooters here is a logistical headache. Because scooters have large lithium batteries, they are strictly forbidden from being sent by plane unless you want to pay more for the shipping than the actual scooter.
And this meant that it was practically impossible to get one at a reasonable price. Not anymore though.
Our Solution
We started KuKirin Cyprus in 2025 (under the PixelAscend brand) because we wanted those same scooters ourselves without getting ripped off. We realized that if we wanted to solve this for everyone, we had to handle the shipping journey manually.
We don’t use magic; we just use a better route. We bring the scooters by road from our main EU warehouse to Greece. From there, they catch a boat to Cyprus. It takes a bit longer than a plane, but it’s the only way to keep the prices fair and reasonable for you.
How we do it:

- No Surprises with Shipping Times: Everyone hates waiting for a package without knowing where it is. That’s why we clearly mark every product. If it’s in our Cyprus warehouse, you’ll have it in 1–2 days. If it’s coming from the EU, we tell you exactly how long it will take, which is usually 2-3 weeks.
- Door-to-Door: You don’t have to go to the port or a warehouse to pick up a heavy box. We bring it to your door, and you don’t have to do anything at all. You simply get your scooter. That is the whole reason you order from us.
- Real Tracking: As soon as your scooter is on its way to your house, you get a tracking number. No need to guess where it is.
- Good customer support: If you have a problem or a question, we are always available.
