2.1 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2.3 Orders are offers to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock availability. - Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on delivery location.
3.3 Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept payments via Stripe, accepting Credit/Debit, Apple, and Google pay.
3.4 All payments are processed securely. - Shipping and Delivery
4.1 In-stock items located in our Cyprus warehouse are typically shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered within Cyprus in 1–2 business days.
4.2 Items on backorder (shipped from our EU warehouse) are usually delivered within approximately 3 weeks after dispatch. We will notify you of the estimated shipping date.
4.3 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or force majeure events.
4.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
4.5 Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.

Items marked as “on backorder” are not currently in stock in Cyprus. You will be informed of the expected restocking date. You may cancel your backorder at any time before dispatch without penalty. - Returns and Refunds
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer right of withdrawal).
6.2 To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email is sufficient) before the 14-day period expires.
6.3 Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
6.4 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
6.5 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6.6 Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and either repair, replace, or refund the item.

7.1 All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 12–24 months depending on the model).
7.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance is not covered.
