14-Day Returns (EU Right of Withdrawal)
You can return your scooter within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- No damage or signs of use
- Customer covers return shipping
Once received and inspected, we issue a refund.
Damaged on Arrival
If your scooter arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Warranty Coverage
All scooters include a 12-month warranty.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical components (controller, display, wiring)
Warranty periods:
- Main scooter: 12 months
- Battery, motor, controller, charger: 6 months
Repairs & Parts
If an issue occurs:
- We provide free replacement parts
- You install locally or we guide you
- For major issues, we arrange repair support
After 12 months:
- Lifetime support available (paid parts only)
Shipping for Warranty
- First 7 days (faults): we cover shipping for parts
- After 7 days: customer covers shipping, parts are free
- After warranty: parts + shipping paid by customer
Not Covered
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Water damage from improper use
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brakes)
