All prices include VAT – no hidden fees


14-Day Returns (EU Right of Withdrawal)

You can return your scooter within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • No damage or signs of use
  • Customer covers return shipping

Once received and inspected, we issue a refund.


Damaged on Arrival

If your scooter arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Warranty Coverage

All scooters include a 12-month warranty.

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical components (controller, display, wiring)

Warranty periods:

  • Main scooter: 12 months
  • Battery, motor, controller, charger: 6 months

Repairs & Parts

If an issue occurs:

  • We provide free replacement parts
  • You install locally or we guide you
  • For major issues, we arrange repair support

After 12 months:

  • Lifetime support available (paid parts only)

Shipping for Warranty

  • First 7 days (faults): we cover shipping for parts
  • After 7 days: customer covers shipping, parts are free
  • After warranty: parts + shipping paid by customer

Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Water damage from improper use
  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brakes)
  • Modifications

We are based in Cyprus and provide:

  • Phone support
  • Order tracking
  • Real customer service (not overseas support)
